Aditi Sachdev

Head of Early Years

Aditi graduated with a Masters Degree in Finance and Banking and worked for Deutsche Bank before entering the world of early years education in 2012. She served as the Head of Admissions and Operations for Vivero, the Indian arm of the renowned Eton House chain of Kindergartens, and subsequently worked as the Head of business management at Safari Kids, one of India’s foremost pre-school operators.

She subsequently headed operations at Oakridge school – a K-12 school – in Bangalore, now owned by Nord Anglia. She joined Repton Intl in 2018 heading the Early Years and Primary division. She also has a certification in Early Years Leadership and Management at Harvard School of Education. Aditi is passionate about Early Years Education and especially in designing the most ideal learning spaces setting the scene for a journey of amazing discovery.
